2 App Permissions
Read Contacts (Optional)
Allows you to select phone numbers from your address book when buying airtime, so you don't have to type them.
Not stored on server
Storage Access
Required only if you wish to save transaction receipts or screenshots of successful payments to your gallery.
3 Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following regulated partners strictly for app functionality:
Google Firebase & Analytics
Used for app performance monitoring, crash reporting, and authentication.
Payment Processors (Paystack / Monnify)
Used to process payments securely. We do not handle your banking credentials directly.
4. Account & Data Deletion
Pursuant to Google Play Store User Data Policy, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data.
You can request deletion via:
- A In-App: Go to Settings > Security > Delete Account.
- B Email: Send a request to support@ameensub.com
* Note: Financial transaction records may be retained for a specific period as required by Nigerian financial regulations for auditing purposes.
5 Security & Children's Privacy
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal information during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
